What it is

  • High in beta carotene and dietary fiber.
  • Are included as a source of carbohydrates. However they offer a great value because of the rich amounts of vitamins B and C they contain, as well as the highest level of carotene in the plant family. Potassium, magnesium, and selenium are also key players in the constituents of carrots.
