The bran, germ and fine particles left after wheat is milled into flour.

- Closely connected with the third ingredient, ground wheat flour. Also called wheat mill run, “middlings” are the small particles left over after the wheat grinding process. They are primarily used as filler.
Potential benefits for dogs
Fiber and phosphorus from milling leftovers. A by-product, but it earns its place.
